Error & Verification Pages Guide
This page explains the common error and verification screens you might encounter on Bookcicle, and what actions you can take if you see them.
403 Forbidden
If you see a 403 Forbidden message, it means you tried to access a page or resource that you don't have permission to view.
What you can do:
- Go back home
- Contact support if you believe this is a mistake
404 Page Not Found
A 404 Page Not Found error means the page you requested doesn't exist. This could be because you followed an outdated link or typed the address incorrectly.
What you can do:
- Go back home
- Contact support if you need help finding something
Email Verification Required
If you see an Email Verification Required screen, your account is almost ready! We just need you to confirm your email address.
What to do:
- Check your inbox for a verification email from Bookcicle and follow the instructions inside.
- If you didn't receive an email, check your spam folder or contact support for help.
- You can always go back home while you wait.
Email Verification in Progress
When you follow the verification link from your email, you'll see a Validating your email, please wait... message. This means we're confirming your account.
If you get stuck:
- Try refreshing the page after a few moments.
- If validation fails or you have questions, contact support.
- You can go back home at any time.
