  • How long do jobs take? Most AI jobs complete in under an hour. During peak demand, allow up to 24 hours.
  • What file formats are supported? Upload .docx, .html, or .md files. Exports are available in the same formats.
  • What are the word limits? Up to 200,000 words per job (3MB .docx). Longer works can be split.
  • Do I retain rights to my work? Yes. You retain all rights to your content and AI-generated outputs.
  • Are refunds available? Once processing starts, refunds are not possible.
  • How close to finished is the AI output? Typically, ~70–80% complete towards production ready works. Human review and revision are essential. ~75-85% With Advanced QA.

  • Does AI replace a human editor? No. AI accelerates and surfaces issues, but final judgment stays with you (or your human editor).
